Very, very bad week. I only managed to get in two days of exercise this week. I can't believe I was such a slacker! I have been thinking I would like to work the stretching routine into every day of exercise just so I can make progress on flexibility, but first I have to get yself into a routine.
Goals: four weeks of consistently exercising five days a week. Beyond that, five days of stretching with three days of aerobic and two days of targeted weight training.
