I'm not suprized that superconductor based quantum computers are the first to hit the 'commercial market', but I don't think these will be quite as usefull as they are trying to sell them as. We've been able to make working q-computers for years, but nothing stable enough or large (usefull) enough to bother trying to market before now.
I haven't looked into this in extreme detail, but we'll have to see if these are truly 16 Q-bit quantum computers and also whether or not that is large enough to do the quantum simulations that these are most adapted towards.
I always figured that quantum encryption was going to be the first commercial spin off from quantum computation.
I've been trying my best. I finally got myself in the regular workout habit and have developed a sensible routine. I admit I was shocked at discovering a 10-pound loss since last week as I was averaging about 4 pounds a week. I can only assume it has to do with this being my second week of regular exercise.
Other than that it's only fresh veggies for carbs and high protein from mostly white meats and fish and lots of water throughout the day.
I was disappointed with slipping back as I did but I only turned it around into stronger motivation to prove I could do it again and this time keep the weight off. Also I set a lot of strongly motivating smaller goals and have some very compelling reasons (as if health weren't enough) to keep at it.

Thanks for the encouragement! :)
