Below are pictures and explanations as promised from the earlier meme. As more requests come in I will add them here instead of making multiple posts.

aunrea.myopenid.com asked me to post a picture of something/one/where I can't live without. This picture covers all three: my family and friends, pictures of them and my home! I would be nothing without my friends and family. I would feel lacking if I didn't have photos and memories of our times together. I would be empty without time at home to just relax, reflect and refresh.

ciliandis asked me to post a picture of my favorite knick-knack around the house. While this is rather large, I think it's one of my favorite knick-knacky type things. It's one of those rice-filled things you put in the microwave to heat up and use to apply warmth to aches. pyrbennu  gave it to me and I can't bring myself to put it in the microwave. It's just too damned cute! Instead it sits in the living room above the National Geographics of Doom between the TARDIS and the Gallifrey pot. No one knows for certain whether the turtle travels in time.

Hee, Time Lord pottery and turtles, perfect match. :D I didn't know that was a microwaveable turtle! I agree, though, I couldn't put that in the micro either. Poor little thing.

Speacking of Time Lords, I have a picture of the 10th Doctor on my desktop (matches my avatar). Anyway my son always points at him, asking me who that is. I always say "That's the Doctor". Today when my computer started up he pointed at my desktop and said "Doctor". Yeah, he doesn't say "mommy" but he says "Doctor". Thought you might be amused by that. :)

Oh, that's too funny! Getting him hooked while he's young, eh?

Poor little guy will be confused next time he goes to the doctor's office. "That doesn't look like the Doctor!" I guess at least he'll understand how the Brigadier felt all those times. ;)
