It seems it is already time for me to revise my exercise strategy. It is only now light enough to safely walk outside at 7:00 am. The trouble with that is it is too late at this point to walk because if I do, I won't have time to shower, dress and prepare meals for the day before work. Either I will have to walk later in the day or find some other exercise to do. Oh well. Adapt and adjust. I'll make it work! :)

I have found that jump roping is a lot of work in a short time. I am working up to 5 min continuous.

That's not a bad idea. I could combine that with the treadmill and maybe some other exercise and do it twice a day for half an hour each time as the dietitian suggested. I would do my old stair exercises but I do my exercising early in the morning. If I did those then I would be waking everyone up because the stairs go up to just outside the guys' bedrooms upstairs and run along our bedroom wall where Kathy is usually still sleeping.
