a hurricane of yuck

I don't watch the show, but my sister just sent me this clip of David singing John Lennon's "Imagine" and holy crap did it give me goose bumps and almost moved me to tears. That means a lot coming from a Beatles/John Lennon fan who is very picky about covers. He has an amazing voice and puts so much spirit into his singing. I really hope he wins. He is extremely talented. I agree with Paula Abdul that it's a beautiful song and his performance was incredibly moving.
