I just got back from my Tuesday aerobic activity. Since I didn't have time to dig the bike out of the shed and the rivers and lakes are still too cold for swimming, I opted to walk. I feel sooooooo good right now! :) I walked for 40 minutes around downtown Plymouth, including the Riverside Park. It was very nice to get out in the gorgeous weather and get exercise.

Kathy and I did lunch at Six Burner Bistro again and I can't say enough good things about them. Now that summer is approaching they're doing cold soups, so I opted to try a cold soup for the first time in my life. I ordered a small canteloupe bisque and it was very yummy! All of their soups are homemade. If you're ever in Plymouth, be sure to drop in. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the food is extremely delicious.

Six Burner Bistro sounds good! I'll have to remember that place...

It is VERY good! It's on South Main Street (US Route 3) across from Rite Aid in Plymouth, so if you're ever passing through you can find it. Sometime when you're up visiting we should get together for lunch there! :)
