Kathy and I went to see Over The Hedge last night. Great movie! Quite subversive and geared toward families. It made me happy. And the songs were all written by Ben Folds (well, except for his cover of The Clash's "Lost In The Supermarket").
Great movie with a great soundtrack.
Much to my dismay, though, the Spinelli theater in Plymouth now plays commercials before the movies. That makes me sad. At this point I'll probably not be going to theaters to watch movies anymore. It's not much better than watching movies on cable, so I may as well rent or buy movies on video when they are released.
Seriously, I'd much rather pay a couple bucks more for a theater ticket than watch commercials. Kills the whole experience.
