Role Playing! It's Crazy!

So painted_wolf  and gang talked me into role playing. We're taking a break right now for food, so I had to post. I'm actually role playing and having fun! Go figure! Twice in one month!

We're playing Murphy's World, but using three quirks randomly generated from BSVGH. I ended up rolling "attractive," "comedian," and "has braces." Someone joked I should play a yeti with all of these quirks, as well as balding. The yeti became a Wookie, I made a joke about that in Wookie-ese and so it stuck. That's right. I'm playing a gender-ambiguous, attractive, balding, Wookie comedian with braces that is part Marilyn Monroe and part Mr. Bean. It's pretty freaky, Bowie.

Oh, and I now have subtitles that are hand-written on cards and tossed aside a la the intro to the Steven Banks Show.

I may be organizing a D&D campaign in the coming months... mayhaps you could join for a game or two? ;)

Are you going to be joining us for Aviario tonight, as well, or are you now all RP'd out? Allison's not going to be able to make it since she's home resting, but I know I've at least got three people...

Hmmm... we shall have to wait and see. The truck is not doing so well, but if we can afford to get the engine fixed in the coming months then that might be a possibility once in a while. ;)

It was pretty far out! Thanks for including me in the Aviario game. I'm sorry I wasn't as into it as everyone else. It definitely wasn't anything you did or didn't do as a GM. That's just how I am. Role playing is very hit or miss with me and I think the Wookie tapped just about all of it out of me the night before. :(
