Exercise has gone seriously downhill. Last week I only got in one short walk with Ang. The two weeks prior I managed one day of stretching and one day of walking. I need to get motivated again and stick to it. I think right now I'm just very anxious with the pending full-time employment, potential second job , Kathy's return to school and everything that is encompassed with preparing for all three. It's still no excuse.
On the bright side, nutrition is getting better. I am eating smaller portions for the most part (though I still have moments) and doing my best to eat better foods and at least three meals a day. We went shopping over the weekend and bought plenty of fresh vegetables and lean meats. I just cooked up some chicken this morning to put on our lunch salads.
Now if I can keep up the nutrition and simultaneously get back into an exercise routine I should be in much better shape in time.
