Well, this is nothing really new since we often have flooding in Plymouth and even had a flood about as bad as this earlier this year, but I decided to take some photos and share.

This is Route 175A in Holderness just over the Plymouth town line near the PSU Field House and freshman parking. They're letting traffic through now but it's still flooded. This is a constant problem area for flooding and it's actually been worse here in the past.

This is the temporary bridge over the Pemigewasset River between Plymouth and Holderness. The water is several feet higher than normal and has already covered some of the construction staging areas.

This is Riverside Park in Plymouth just behind downtown. This stairway usually leads down into a park with picnic tables, a nice little field, a small walking trail and a boat launch ramp. It currently leads into the raging Pemigewasset River.

This is another shot of the Pemigewasset River next to Route 3. Actually, it's a shot of the Pemigewasset River which is rushing over a golf course. You'll notice in the distance on the right one of the golf course signs poking through the water surface.

This is one of many farm fields along Route 3 that flooded. This is just barely off the shoulder of the road.

This is a shot of the flooded christmas tree farm on Route 3 in Plymouth. Many of the young trees growing here are now half submerged in the flood waters.
