3. What fandom(s) are you most into at the moment?
I wouldn't really say I'm into a "fandom." I like a lot of stuff. I suppose I could say I'm a little obsessed with Tim Minchin.
4. How do you smell?
I use my olfactory nerves.
5. What videogames do you wish you owned at the moment?
Portal. That's about it.
6. If you had to kill someone what would be your background music?
I would rather not think of killing someone.
7. Do you trust easily?
Yes and no. It's a little weird. I place a shallow degree of trust very easily in just about anyone, but that trust only gets most so far. Completel trust is very hard to earn with me. I tend to be very guarded. I'm trying to unlearn it and find a happy medium.
8. If the person you secretly like is already taken, what would you do?
Do the same thing I would do even if that person weren't taken: not say anything.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
My weight. My truck.
10. Do you have a good body-image?
Not really, but it's getting better.
11. Is being tagged fun?
I like playing tag. I haven't played tag in years, though.
12. What websites do you visit daily?
Gmail, Yahoo mail, MySpace, Facebook, LM and LiveJournal.
13. What have you been seriously addicted to lately?
Bananas.
14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?
I didn't get tagged.
15. What’s the last song that got stuck in your head?
"Kill The Poor" by Dead Kennedys.
16. What’s your favorite item of clothing?
Right now it's my green shirt. During the winter it's the v-neck sweater that I got at Fashion Bug.
17. Do you think Rice Crispies are yummy?
I used to love them as a child. I don't eat cereal anymore.
18. What would you do if you see $100 lying on the ground?
I would take it. It happened with a $50 bill recently. If I saw someone drop it I would return it, but if it's just lying there I'd take.
19. What items could you not go without during the day?
Clothes. It's against the law.
20. What would you rather be doing right now?
I don't think I have anything I'd rather be doing right now. I'm just chilling out at home, which is my default state really.
Red Vs. Blue
Sep. 2nd, 2008 11:55 pmI had such hopes that Thompson was actually going to be respectful because he wasn't resorting to the usual name-calling and smearing at first, but that sadly changed as his speech wore on. Lieberman was seemingly a whiney brat lashing out at his party (he still claimed to be a Democrat while speaking even though he's supposedly now Independent) because he had to go independent just to keep his seat. But hey. Who knows. Maybe he actually does believe McCain is the best person for the job.
I'm not sure how I feel about Laura Bush's speech, especially the part where she highlighted the women working for the Bush Administration.
"Fellow citizens: If the Hanoi Hilton could not break John McCain's resolve to do what is best for his country, you can be sure the angry left never will." - George W. Bush
“I don’t know the governor…I know people worry about Biden-style talk, but the truth is I simply don’t know. I take her on face value. She’s a governor, that’s no mean feat and she seems to have a strong personal story.” - Joe Biden
