That's not a bad idea. I could combine that with the treadmill and maybe some other exercise and do it twice a day for half an hour each time as the dietitian suggested. I would do my old stair exercises but I do my exercising early in the morning. If I did those then I would be waking everyone up because the stairs go up to just outside the guys' bedrooms upstairs and run along our bedroom wall where Kathy is usually still sleeping.
